I was supposed to have a four-race closed room with some members of Mario Heaven called the “Comet Cup.” A lack of attendance had me wait for about three hours beginning with 15 minutes before it was suppoed to begin, so I just played a bunch of regular matches. Unlike the Mario Galaxy requests, I don’t really write down requests; I just remember them. I got so many requests that I can’t really show them all for today’s videos, but be patient…and don’t overload me. Race #1 Maple Treeway 11:10 AM Pacific Time I got a request for Baby Luigi, so I decided to put him in the Booster Seat. It looks like I did pretty well here, but Scotty somehow managed to pass me at the very end. I chose the Booster Seat because I like the way the top opens up when you do a trick, though Maple Treeway is’t a very trick-based course (compared to some of the other ones). Race #2 DK Summit 11:18 AM This request was of the King Boo on the…what was it called again? (Ah, the Spear! Thanks, everybody.) But he wanted this bike because it looks like the motorcycle Batman rode in The Dark Knight, and King Boo makes it Batman-black. I decided to check out the “shortcut” people talk about here.
